I ordered a high protein steak bowl from Uber Eats on 1/16/26 & Chipotle gave me CHICKEN. How can you possibly mess that up when it was literally the only thing I ordered?!

I placed an online order and ordered extra corn, extra sour cream, extra cheese, and light red sauce, and I got exactly the opposite of that. I got very light corn, sour cream, and cheese and an unbelievable amount of red sauce. Order at literally any other chipotle if you plan on doing an online order. Edit: I came back in person to seen if it was better and the portions were good but I found 2 hairs in both of my bowls

My boyfriend got food poisoning here about three weeks ago. I decided to try it out last night, found a hair in my food and I also got food poisoning. Don’t know what they changed as we used to come here all the time. Definitely going to other locations now.

Unlike these days, the portion size was good, but this place definitely needs some upkeep from Chipotle to make it look appealing from outside. Cleanliness and cross contamination is a problem at this location.
