Authentic and delicious Vietnamese food. The service was excellent and our server made several very helpful suggestions while we were there. My husband had the stuffed wings which is something I’ve been searching for for a long time. They were so good and I loved how they came with rice paper to make your own rolls. I had the chicken fresh pineapple stir fry which was a generous portion and quite tasty. I appreciated that they sent me home with spare rice! I’m already dreaming of coming back, even the spring rolls were better than most.

Best vermicelli salad I’ve ever had! I ordered #31 special Vietnamese Noodle Salad with beef, chicken, prawns and eggroll. It was fresh, flavorful, delicious perfection! The portion was huge and the service was extremely friendly. I wish I lived in Colorado to eat here all the time! The Iced Vietnamese coffee was also rich and tasty!

OK. So, I only discovered Tu's kitchen last year… and I've been kicking myself for not having explored the area more carefully a few years ago. The place is a bit of a hole in the wall, but that's not really a criticism. Some of the best restaurants are such, and this is one of them. Great place. Amazing place. Lived in Nola and SF before moving to Denver for the last ~2 years. The food scene doesn't compare, but this place is holds its own with the best Vietnamese I've had. The service is great. Waiter said "first time here? You'll be back". He's right. I started to order and he told me "no you don't want those two items. I'll bring you something special" and proceeded to bring some of the best dishes I ever had. The servings are big too and he actually tried to get us to order less (no upsell at all). We went home with a whole dish as leftovers. Very friendly service. V
