We enjoyed the queso blanco, salsa and chips. The salsa felt home-made and fresh. The chips were the best kind of crunchy. The flautas, pork ribs, churro cheesecake, were great. They also had orange Fanta and a very strong Monarca margarita which was good.

I ate here last night with a group of 8 women and we had a lot of fun! We arrived early for our reservation so had a drink at the bar and the bar tenders, especially Eduardo, were accommodating, kind and made great drinks! Our waitress was also great with our group, and we didn’t have to wait too long for food or drinks. The chips, guacamole, queso flameado were great! My chicken enchilada was good, and everyone else seemed to enjoy their food. We visited Casa Monarca today and wanted to shared our experience! First the food is amazing; well presented, great portions and delicious. We tried the Queso Flameado with birria and sopa de tortilla just to start, then the signature plate “Molcajete Monarca” which is huge, it has everything you’d expect on a molcajete, 10 out of 10! Gisela our server did a great job taking care of us, always smiling, that’s what you want to see when going out to eat, great service! Come and enjoy a nice family dinner here with Oscar and family!
