Visited Stereoscope in the early evening around 6:30 pm, and the shop still had a nice steady flow of people. A mix of guests were quietly reading, working, or chatting, and the space had a relaxed, lingering-after-work atmosphere that felt welcoming without being too loud or crowded. I ordered the espresso tonic, which was bright and refreshing with noticeable tangerine or mandarin notes. It had a clean finish and was enjoyable overall. Visited this location a few times now. Stereoscope has high quality roasts. Their drinks aren't overly sweet, their coffee is strong, and you can taste the quality of their homemade syrups. This café has such a hip vibe and great atmosphere. I didn’t get to try their house blend and ordered a decaf instead, so the flavor felt a bit lighter—but honestly, if their decaf tastes this good, that’s impressive. It wasn’t acidic, though it also wasn’t deeply nutty. Since I’ve become sensitive to caffeine over the past few years, I can only drink decaf now, and this was definitely worth it. If you enjoy pour-over coffee and want to try something new, I’d recommend checking this place out.
