This week I was here for 1 week with my father in the Hospital. These ladies and gentlemen that work here are absolutely amazing. The high volume, long lines were so well worked by these individuals, they kept the line moving fast and kept a professional caring attitude!! Joannie was amazing and shined her smile to spread the positive vibe this place gave. #1 best Tim Hortons around!

Absolutely love it there! The only tim hortons i go to! Ive been working in buffalo general hospital 4 ywars now & i will say the girls & the few guys in there get me together perfectly every morning. It’s a pleasure to go there in the morning before i start my shift. Keep up the good work ladies! Your favorite sweet tea 8 extra sugar girl 🥰😭😭

Ordered ahead of time through the mobile app and waited for a while because they couldn’t find my order, bitter coffee and sandwich was made incorrectly not once but twice. Egg was over cooked and even though they were busy they couldn’t work under pressure. I hope they do better. I’m from the NYC so I know how it can be sometimes but This is in a hospital setting they have to do better.

Before my shift at the hospital I went and ordered a coffee. Double double with a shot of vanilla. I walked to my dept and found they did not put vanilla in it, it didnt even have enough cream and sugar to make it a double double. I walked back and told the woman with glasses and salt and pepper hair I didnt get the vanilla and she asked to see my receipt.
