K★★Ordered ahead of time through the mobile app and waited for a while because they couldn’t find my order, bitter coffee and sandwich was made incorrectly not once but twice. Egg was over cooked and even though they were busy they couldn’t work under pressure. I hope they do better. I’m from the NYC so I know how it can be sometimes but This is in a hospital setting they have to do better.

I walked to my dept and found they did not put vanilla in it, it didnt even have enough cream and sugar to make it a double double.
