I came into Carl's Jr. around 3:30am for some breakfast on my way to work. I ordered a Western Bacon Cheeseburger combo, which is my favorite burger from this restaurant. The customer service from Miguel was really great, especially considering how early it was. The order took no more than 5 minutes, and I was on my way. The burger was delicious as always, and the fries were freshly made. I will definitely be coming here more often on my way to work.

I believe the last time I had Carl's Jr. was in 2019. It was definitely before the 2020 pandemic. I returned today but I will never have Carl's Jr. ever again in my life. The food has not improved since. I think it got worse. I didn't take a photo of the food, but the burgers are far from looking what they are advertised. I got a Western Bacon Chicken burger that wasn't bad but it was mid at best. The fried zucchini was bad compared to how flavorful they used to be. What irks me is the pricing for said bad food. I even used a groupon for a Western Bacon Cheeseburger that would have costed me

I walked in ordered my burger. I was on a rush, ordered one double cheeseburger. The employee was very grateful and greeting. After biting halfway through my burger found a long hair in my food gave my burger back and asked for my money back. They didn’t say sorry until they saw me taking a picture of the QR code to live review. This is horrible. Please somebody get back to me.

They were out of Diet Dr Pepper and Root Beer. You can't use the self serve soda machines. There are no napkin dispensers. I've never had such disgusting food. I didn't even eat more than a few bites. And then you need a code to get in to the disgusting bathroom.
