ended up waiting 20 mins for a 6 piece nugget and a shake, they didn’t put a spoon or straw in the bag and no napkins, food was ice cold. this restaurant consistently takes way longer then it should. when i walked in to place the order, i was ignored by staff, 2 people were sitting on their phones behind the counter and one looked at me and walked away, note the restaurant was empty besides me and the staff, no cars in the drive through either, there’s no excuse for that.

I came through the drive through and was told to wait for shift change witch is ok i get that when i went to order the black guy ig was the one in charge had attitude with me because i ended up making a meal instead of jus large fry and nuggets for my kids.i cone to the window and tried to order an extra small fry and got the window shut in my face.i get my food and then I dont get no drink and they didnt even put the fry on my receipt.i went inside to get it.as i go inside i get dirty looks from the two ladys and the blavk guy.the only lady that was nice and patient with me was the one with g

It's one of the worst places i have ever eaten. We were concerned about our safety. Every customer in the restaurant was homeless. Drinking alcohol straight out of the bottle in the restaurant cussing and being loud and obnoxious. Our food was not good. we got a Baconnator it had two pieces of bacon on it cut in half the Jr. Bacon cheese burger has more bacon on it. What a joke would not recommend this place.
