I am absolutely shocked and disgusted. I found a hard metal ball inside my ice cream after purchasing it from this store. I actually bit down on it before realizing what it was, which caused pain and could have easily resulted in a serious dental injury. This is completely unacceptable and a major health code violation. On top of that, the “sugar-free” ice cream option was basically just heavy whipping cream. That feels like false advertising and is incredibly misleading. If you’re going to promote a sugar-free option, it should actually be a properly made product — not plain cream passed off

What I ordered was good and I liked the little nitrogen show. The staff were friendly as well. I guess it just seems, to charge so much for a cup of ice cream, you would expect to get a level of quality above the big brands.

Sam and Peyton gave us great service at Sub Zero Ice cream! This place is cool that they are also an espresso coffee bar at the same time. The process where they use the nitro is fun to see and the ice cream tastes great. Will definitely have to come back and try coffee with my ice cream in the future.
