Ordered through DoorDash and my order was completely wrong twice (even after redelivery). Both times an entire meal/combo was missing, and the meal I did get was wrong: tacos came with lettuce + hot sauce even though I asked NO lettuce, I got regular fries instead of curly, and beef patties instead of chicken. To make it worse, the Jibbi keychain toy was missing both times, which was the whole reason I paid extra for the meal. First time felt like a mistake. Second time felt intentional. Never ordering from this location again.

Usually the service is great but today it was by far the worst, I completely understand it gets busy and they get that rush but drove up to the drive thru speaker cuz i ordered online and waited for about almost 10 min just to get an can you please wait a min I will take your order in a bit. Waited another 10 min decided just to drive up there was 2 cars ahead of me got to the window finally got my order asked for condiments guy told me kind of rudely that everything was in the bags, pulled over checked all my mags and of course no condiments at all and worst part food was cold and drinks tast

I went to this Jack in the box to eat. I asked for no salt on my fries and they still put salt on them.. As I was about to leave, I went up to the counter to get my soda refilled and ask to use the bathroom. There weren't any employees at all! Finally an employee came in. I asked for a refill and told I didn't want any more ice in my cup. Instead, he filled it full of ice. I asked 3 times to be let into the bathroom. He ignored me the first 2 times then after my 3rd request told me I had say "please". 2 other customers had walked in during all of this. They said out loud that they weren't stay

This is the worst Jack in the Box location I have ever been into and seen with my own eyes in my entire life. It looked like it closed down like 10 years ago. The soda machine had caution tape crossing it out, the bathrooms were out of order, then tables had trash all over them and the chairs were all scattered around haphazardly.. see for yourself in the photos I took.. im about to see if the food is good though..
