Went here for the first time and it so good. The chicken was extremely crispy and juicy. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good as well. The gravy, oh wow, the gravy is fantastic! My son got the Adobe rice and mac & cheese and said rice was just okay, the Mac & cheese was good. We went between 430 - 5 pm, was busy, but didn't wait longer then 15 mins for our food. Dip you chicken in the gravy, you wont be disappointed. Can not wait to go back.

Tried Jollibee for the first time yesterday with my 3 kids and it was such a good experience. The cashier was so patient with us while we changed our order a few times, and the manager stepped in to help make the adjustments. His kindness honestly touched my heart and felt like one of those moments that reminds you there are still genuinely good people out there. There was also a homeless man outside, and after the kindness your manager showed me, it honestly made me realize it was my turn to bless someone else too. Went in at around 3pm so no lunch or dinner rush but had to wait 45-60 minutes for food. waiting in a line of 3 people for 15-20 minutes before someone even came to take the order at the counter. then waited another 30 minutes for food when the restaurant wasn’t even crowded. unbelievable. i ordered the 6 piece chicken tender for $15.99, i understand food prices are up so I get the cost but when i got home and opened the box I was stunned! paying $15.99 for 6 pieces of chicken tender is not the problem, the problem is when the size of those tenders together equal the size of one hand is not OK

I was only going here for the collab with Final Fantasy 14 and in-game emote. Turns out the chicken is really good, and I was able to place three orders without issue. Would definitely go again if it was 40 miles closer!
