Worst Taco bell experience. The bald guy at the register needs more training. He took wrong order. And when I asked he said you told me this and didn't know how to cancel the item I didn't order (nacho fries) and when I asked to add the actual item (Fajita street chalupa), he said I needed to drive around and come back. There were items missing in our food. Missed sauces even though it was on the bill. Didn't give us any napkins. 🙄

The bald white man with a tattoo under his eye either needs a new job or an attitude check. We did a mobile order hoping to be to be in an out of a drive thru after a long day at work only to be met with an almost 20 minute line. When finally getting to the speaker we were met with an extremely rude man that had an attitude and yelled out our name a few times after we said we had a mobile order and our name. When getting to the window again met with a extremely rude man and told we didn’t even have a order when we did and had to show that we did so we had to said another 10 minutes for the

I would like to give a huge shout out to the whole Taco Bell team at this Carpentersville location and their Manger Ryan. I have seen this location to do a 360 in a very short period of time I used to have issues with my food being made incorrectly and longer than usual waiting times but I’ve been going give them another chance, and for the past two months they have really made the quality of the food, there speed of service , and all around kind customer service so much better in a short period of time that I had to make this review to give props. I ordered online and had it delivered through DoorDash. Well my food never showed up almost an hour later, dasher never answered me. I went up to the local restaurant and they didn’t have to remake the food for me, but the manager who just took over this location decided to do it for me. Appreciate you!
