The manager Kristy is awesome very polite and has a pleasant demeanor and her staff from what I saw were on there game I was in and out within 3-5 mins. Definitely a huge difference compared to BK spent 15 mins and I order 30mins before I got there.

Most horrible experience I have ever had!!! Never have I ever had worse experience at Del Taco. Supposedly, I spoke to the GM Scott. He said that he would replace the order completely for me. I told him what was wrong with the food. The food was not appetizing, I specifically asked for lots of sauce (didn't get a single one), fries were under cooked for about a minute so they were potatoes, the taco shells were old and stale, etc. He then asked me what was wrong again. Del Taco's snack tacos are one of the best Tex-Mex tacos out there; fairly cheap but always fresh and tasty in a way that certain larger chains often fail to replicate. This location was no different. It took a few minutes to get what I ordered but I think I caught them right when they were transitioning to lunch hours. Either way my food was hot and fresh and that's always worth a couple extra minutes of waiting. 5/5 would go back if I'm ever in Carson City again.
