GamerErlin123YT★Terrible experience at this McDonald’s. I stood in line for over 15 minutes while employees looked at us and made no effort to take our order. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping customers and left us standing there waiting without any explanation. To make matters worse, I noticed some employees were not even wearing gloves while handling food, which was very concerning. Overall, the customer service and cleanliness standards were disappointing. I will not be coming back to this location and definitely do not recommend it to anyone expecting decent service.
Keyon Hart★I ordered a double qt plain just with onion. For one the bacon wasn’t added plus it came with everything I requested off. Everything was cold, I stay 5 mins up the road.

I stood in line directly in front of the POS counter, and the employee looked at me several times but ignored me. I had to wait until I called for assistance before anyone helped me. This was frustrating and made me feel that customer service was not a priority. I hope steps are taken to improve the customer experience in the future.
