Truly disappointed with this visit. This was our go to spot and a quick bite, probably been here 50+ times over the years. Today we ordered take out, 3 soft tacos and 3 bean burritos with NO Onions. The tacos needed to be added together to make 2 normal tacos, lacking meat, lettuce and cheese. The burritos were about half the normal size and had Onions! Two were eaten because we were starving but the other went to the trash. Have to say waiting in is a better option because you can complain to someone right there and have it fixed, take out was a bad idea since you’re already home and hav

Good luck getting any chicken on the cantina soft taco. We ordered four and none of them had more than 5 little morcels . So basically we paid for a tortilla with lettuce. Ridiculous. We live 30 minutes away so not like it’s convenient to go back.

Worst customer service ever! We went through the drive thru tonight and when she handed us the drink carrier, two of the drinks fell right out and the woman working the drive thru just closed the window on us. We had to ask to have the two drinks remade. But then it got better! We informed her that that we were missing our chips (we did get the nacho cheese though) and we also didn’t get our nachos. She told us we did and asked to see the bag back so she could confirm what we were saying and then she proceeded to argue with us, meanwhile she kept closing the window on us while we were talking.
