Im giving 1star because I came to the store I ordered a new item called chips Supreme dip and a mini taco Salad I didn't realize the Supreme dip came with chips because when I got home there was no chips in the bag so I started eating the dip with a spoon. I really enjoyed the meal so I decided I will order the same meal again but this time with some nachos. When I was placing my same order the youngman said the Supreme dip comes with chips. I said I ordered the same meal the order day I did not have chips. Ok no problem he said After that I paid I looked in my bag and there was no extra ch

I would give this location a -10 rating if that were possible. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I ordered a Supreme Luxe Box with light black beans, but when I received my order, there were barely any beans in the food—literally only one or two beans. I also requested that my burrito be grilled, but the staff refused. As a Fire Tier member and a regular customer, I have never experienced such poor service at any location. I ordered a combo meal and the Pepsi from the self-serve machine was completely flat, no fizz, no carbonation, just sugar water. I asked the staff if they could replace it with Pepsi from the machine inside, but they refused and told me to just take what I had. Extremely disappointing. A combo meal shouldn’t come with a cup of sugar water !

It was two guys working there and they thought I couldn't speak Spanish but I asked for the burrito and crunchwrap to be extra grilled and I do speak Spanish but I spoke English and the guy told the other guy to make it extra grilled enough to " burn his my mouth " in Spanish talking about mines .. it's life if you don't like your job don't come to work and then they didn't speak English cause when they called my order they said Michelle and my name is Michael but I see why trump don't wanna help them become citizens.
