I'm obsessed with this coffee shop!! The vibe is so welcoming, right when you walk through the door. We ordered a strawberry mocha and the strawberry matcha which were both delish! We highly recommend the T.B.G sandwich and the 3 egg scramble. Both tasted so fresh and were full of flavor. They have a yoga studio in the back, along with clean bathrooms. One of the bathrooms even has a shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels and a blow dryer, so you can get ready for the day after your yoga session. We just moved into town and I'm so excited for this to be our regular coffee shop!

Honestly have never had luck finding good coffee places in Utah but so glad I have this one a shot! Ordered 4 drinks for our crew and some protein bites for the road and every last thing tasted great. Felt like I was being served high quality ingredients with a from-scratch taste! Bravo! If you’re after top-notch coffee and espresso drinks paired with genuinely great service, Bristlecone is the spot, just be prepared for slightly less-than-luxury-comfory seating. The food doesn’t miss. I had the Wild Thing from their spring menu, and my friend ordered the Bird Dog, both were excellent. We will always visit this place when we are in town!

This a very nice coffee shop and cafe in Cedar City. I enjoyed a very well made cortado and breakfast sandwich on a ciabatta roll for $8. My friend had the "Apple Nachos" for $5.75. The cortado was very nice to drink. It was smooth yet bold in coffee flavor. The breakfast sandwich was very good. The only thing I did not like was that they did not toast the ciabatta, which was odd. I warm breakfast sandwich deserves a nice warm bun. The breakfast sandwich came with a friend egg, crispy bacon, spinach, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, and a house spread, which was tasty. If only they would have
