Where do I start? I guess first the sweet tea is amazing at this location. I don’t know what they do. All I know is that the manager drinks it himself the snack wraps look exactly like they do on the commercial unreal but one thing I just can’t understand; Is these guys serve you with a smile! The manager does a really good job at keeping the team, a team and professional.

I was so impressed by the service I received today! I particularly want to commend the wonderful lady who assisted me. Though she is a person with a non-visible disability, she was absolutely wonderful—super cool, attentive, and handled everything with such grace and professionalism. She is a massive asset to your team, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

Seems this location missed the "fast" part in fast food. I'm not sure whats happening in the back but every time I come to this location, without fail, I end up waiting 15-20 minutes for a single order and that's if the staff acknowledges us. It's unfair to the delivery drivers, and the customers, because those long wait times can and will impact ratings for those drivers and reduce an already low income. Inexcusable wait times.

If you are driving through Cedar City - skip this place if you are in a hurry. Our car of 4 went in and placed our separate orders at the kiosk. After 30 minutes, we checked in with an employee. We were told we'd just have to wait - they had no idea where our order was in the queue. Another customer mentioned he'd been there an hour. Even though we were willing to wait, the Manager had no interest in checking how many orders were ahead of ours...I think they just fully skipped in-store orders. They were clearly prioritizing Doordash, Ubereats and the drive through. Finally, we just asked
