I don't understand how this location is still open. It's been declining for 20 years and now you have a worker here named Anna that needs a break or therapy. She's unhinged. I'm sure this is best help you can get at this location... beggars can't be choosers. I ordered ranch tots at the kiosk and her response to me was "WHY WOULD YOU ORDER RANCH TOTS?? THERE'S A SIGN RIGHT THERE!! WE ARE OUT OF RANCH TOTS!!" I said "what's your name?" And she said "I wasn't talking to you" like ??? Girl just take accountability. We ordered the Mandalorian bounty bundle and they didn't mention till after we waited 20 minutes for our order that they were out of the premium cups and meal boxes. Which is the whole point of the mandalorian order. Also wasnt willing to do a substitute for what was missing... Then the shake was like half full and they didn't want to top it off... Needless to say we didn't have it our way. Take your credits somewhere else.

Great short diversion from Zion to Bryce Canyon. Staff super friendly and great at helping modify my son’s burger (he’s autistic and has ARFID) so he can eat. Highly recommend here. The kid’s play zone is very tidy and whilst compact it is a great way to blow off some steam.

BK in Cedar City, you got the majority of our order wrong. When we got home and realized the errors, we called multiple times. Each time, the phone went to voicemail, but the voicemail was full and we could not leave a message. 1-Whopper with no tomatoes had tomatoes 2-Asked for BBQ sauce and didn't get it 3-Ordered 12 chicken fries and got 10 soggy chicken fries 4-Ordered the Bounty Whopper and there were no crispy pickle chips...the main reason for ordering that sandwich. It is almost as if the employees/manager can't read or count. Please get people who know how to do their job and act
