Stopped by Cafe Sabor around 4pm on a Friday and it was nice and quiet, which made for a relaxed lunch. The service was friendly and attentive the whole time. I ordered the deluxe taco salad with chips, salsa, and a horchata. The flavors were decent overall, and the horchata was probably my favorite part of the meal. The chips and salsa were fresh, too. The only downside was that the taco bowl for the salad came out broken, which made it a little messy and took away from the presentation. Still, the atmosphere was comfortable and the staff was kind.

On duty manager was fantastic at helping us get the order we had requested, even though it was close to closing time and the kitchen was done with the chicken for the night. The Baja pasta was full of delicious and healthy veggies and was so tasty. Definitely coming here again.

Cafe Sabor has quickly become one of my top 5 restaurants! JAMES, our server today was EXTREMELY ATTENTIVE to our needs and had our soda refills ready almost before we needed them! I tried the Pollo Durango, and was definitely NOT disappointed!! Flavor was 5 stars plus! Quality was also top notch!! Kudos to all the staff here!!! FANTASTIC JOB GUYS!!

Cafe Sabor is our FAVORITE place to frequent in Cedar almost every Tuesday! Taco Tuesday is the best deal and never disappoints! Al Pastor has s delish! I sing their praises to everyone that will listen. Always such great service, so yummy and the best mild salsa in town!!
