Hired Cafe Sabor Layton for a wedding rehearsal dinner in Layton and it was a big hit with everyone. They use Off Premise Catering to do the set up/clean up, serving and Cafe Sabor cooks the food. Keegan & Franco did our catering service, set up, serving and clean up and they did amazing. They arrived promptly to set up our "Street Taco Bar", then they went to pick up the fresh food. We had the carne asada and chicken al pastor, served with fresh grilled tortilla. They bring out a large griddle to cook the tortillas on, then fill them with meat and cheese. I had an okay experience here. It was pretty busy, so I do understand mishaps and wait times. But, my wife and I checked in and then had 4 other couples check in to be seated after us. Each of these couples were called and seated before us and we waited for around 35 minutes instead of being taken back first. We got our food pretty fast, then waited about 30 minutes after asking for the check and waiting for our credit card to come back to us. The food was also just so plain. The sauce and chicken in my dish and the artichoke dip tasted more like sour cream than anything else. My wife's burrit

These people are straight from HEAVEN! We have been going to this restaurant for four years! We have been to other Cafe Sabors and we love them, but NONE compares to this restaurant in Layton! The service is ALWAYS prima and the food is good enough to smother all over my face! We dined in tonight and were served by Marcella. She’s absolutely the BEST! I love her face! We ordered the Camarones al a diabla, carne tempiquena and a chicken nugget kids meal! My kid actually ate it and loved it! It was probably the best chicken nugget meal that we have ever ordered in a restaurant!
