A shout out to the team working on 1/11/26 -6:30 pm for working so hard. These workers need and deserve a raise! If you have worked in the food industry you understand the stress of having a long line of hungry customers waiting for their food... complaining about not getting what they want: more food for less money. They offered a great customer service while working with an understaffed team. The food and portions were good as always, but I just wanted to give props to these hard working young men.

I've been going there for years now, but on yesterday my order was made wrong. I didn't realize it until we got home, because my son picked it up for me. I almost gave a bad review, but, I decided to call back up there. When I did, I spoke to Melanie. She was so pleasant and accommodating. When I tell you that she gave good customer service!! Chipotle has always been one of my favorite places, but today’s experience was disappointing. I waited more than 30 minutes just to get my bowl. People have things to do and can’t spend that long waiting for a fast-casual meal. The management needs improvement. I was also planning to dine in, but the tables and dining area were not clean.
