Update; We've been here many many times now and the food is always pretty good and going thru the drive thru is usually pretty fast and they are always friendly at the window. We came here for dinner on July 21st. We got our food very fast. All the Hamburgers and fries were pretty good. The chocolate cake was good too, but it was pretty small. The place was spotless clean, which was very nice. They also had some nice background music playing.

I moved here from San Diego back in October, and I've been looking all over for a Carl's Jr in Austin. So when I found this one I was super happy. I ordered my favorite the double western bacon cheeseburger combo, and I was super satisfied with the service and the size of my burger. Will definitely be coming back here soon.

Very shady and unethical pricing practices. The online menu is different from the in-store menu, and they don’t make that clear at all. They won't tell you unless you catch them being shady. For example, online you can order a 15-piece chicken strip meal for around $15, but in-store they charged me nearly $30 by ringing it up as three separate 5-piece orders instead. They never mentioned there was menu differences online or that the pricing/options were different in-store. What makes it worse is they seem to count on customers not noticing.
