It seemed they were under staffed and/or not ready for the pop in business tonight but this team remained calm and cheery while maintaining fast service. I wanted to commend these young, hard workers for how well they handled this rush and how every person I interacted with was smiling and kind. My order was packed well and correct! Well done! Good morning. I just wanted to mention that I had a really bad experience today. I come here very often to buy breakfast, but—without fail—something is always missing from the order. Today was no exception; three items were missing from my order. When I called to see what could be done, they got annoyed and treated me very poorly. Honestly, I don't think it's fair for them to act that way... It was just terrible.
