WARNING YOU WILL BE LATE IF YOU COME HERE! I have been coming to this Dunkin for four years now, as it regularly has promotions regarding free gift cards. This is the worst Dunkin in all of Atlanta. You will be waiting past half an hour. They don't care and move like the sloth in Zootopia. Every staff member here should be retrained. I love my drinks from other Dunkins; here they are horrible, extremely watery, and usually wrong. The donuts taste stale, and the eggs on the sandwiches are not fried, they are essentially either cardboard or an example of how a toddler would make a fried egg. AND

If your like me & use order pick-up service a lot, you will want to stay clear of this store location. Within the last month I have made, paid for 2 orders that were verified READY for pick-up on my phone. all but to find out when i arrived at drive-up window- they had no idea who i was, they could not find my order number & said i would have to come inside and they would make it? here's the kicker, came in & she read the verified order off my phone and prepared it from memory. Ha! after waiting finally got order - opened the bag to make sure all items were there and they even looked offende

I am a teacher and I come here at least twice a week. I usually do the drive thru and the same cashier is always so nice and pleasant. My coffee and food are always made perfectly. I will miss them during the summer months, but will see them in July.

On the night of March 20, 2026, I drove through the drive-thru at approximately 9:50 p.m. I sat at the intercom for several moments and asked if the location was closed because I did not receive any response. After receiving no response, I drove around to the window.
