The staff were rushing way to much and didn't engage. Im very big on places greeting and making thier customers feel important and welcomed. Then the food was good but extremely underportioned like they were trying to stretch it. Then had to wait 20 mins to ask for a missing item.

I get chipotle at least once a week. I do mobile ordering for the first time of the day (10:50). I have had to consistently wait 15-20 min past this time every time I go to this location despite it being the first order of the day. There is no acknowledgement from the staff, no greeting, no checking on my order, etc until I specifically ask. I’m then told they they are still working on it in the back. I’ve given this location a lot of business over the years and typically order at least once a week. Tonight I placed a pickup order, got home, took a bite, and realized it was completely wrong. The label on the bowl was correct, but the contents were not. I debated just eating it, but drove 8 minutes back to have it fixed. The staff member mentioned this had already happened twice that day. The manager, Tyrese, confirmed it was the wrong order but refused to remake it or issue a refund because a bite had been taken. Instead, he offered to give me the incorrect bowl back. I requested a three-pointer bowl with guacamole on the side. I had mentioned this multiple times. The person serving it scooped a large portion of guacamole directly onto the bowl. Then, she walked to the back for about 40 seconds before returning to the front when I pointed out the error. When I had requested the guacamole on the side, she attempted to scoop it off the chicken in the bowl and put it back with the guacamole they were serving to other customers. It was quite disturbing that they didn’t simply discard the excess guacamole or place it in a container. Her attitude didn’t help the
