Got the 8 piece family meal and our chicken looks like it went through war. Skin isn’t on the chicken it’s a mess. I’ve never had such an awful experience when we drove 20 minutes to and from and this is the mess we got.

never receive good customer service at the port charlotte location on the 2 occasions i went. Chicken is horrible extremely salty and to top it off, the cashier overcharged me they had an issue giving back a refund since it seems they were oblivious how to and so it was a lunch trip i regretted

I paid over 50 dollars for them to forget half of my order and they DO NOT answer their phones after calling to solve this problem. They gave me no receipt and took way too long to make my order and leave out half of it. DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC. GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO NORTH PORT.

Im here visiting my mother-in-law from Wisconsin, I have NEVER been in a fast food restaurant were I was treated with such courtesy. Tylor went above and beyond to make our experience better then fast food. WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE!!!!
