I decided to buy KFC today for my father's birthday. I used the KFC app for the first time and ordered the Taste of KFC (a combo that includes different sides), upgrading two of the sides to large for $1.50 each. When I arrived at the store, I went to the drive-thru since it was empty. The woman only gave us the chicken and biscuits, no sides at all. When we waited at the window and spoke to her, she refused to give us the sides. We showed her the order on my phone, but even with the order in her hand, she gave us the wrong sides (regular sides). Placed order at 8:05pm said it’ll take 5-15mins went in at 8:20, 8:30, and 8:40pm as my app said “Order is Ready” but each time was told they were waiting on Chicken, as soon as I asked for a refund and said I’m better off going to Publix they magically got the order together. Get the order and Lg sides are halfway full and the lady by the window had the audacity to have an attitude when I asked for a refund prior to them bringing out my order over 40mins late. Beyond pissed will never be going back to this location better off going to Publix or driving to the one on JYPkwy

Tried to order a 16 piece extra crispy all dark meat in the drive through and they said we couldn't so we went inside and were forced to use the kiosk. Ordered what we wanted inside and suddenly it wasn't a problem. When we got home there was only 12 pieces of chicken instead of 16. When we called we were unable to get ahold of anyone so I'm leaving a review instead. Make sure you count your bucket of chicken.

Will they open at 10:00 am I left my job site I didn't have a lot of time to spare but was hungry I get there 10 minutes after open no one will come to the door I stand there being looked at decide I can't wait anymore and go to leave and someone unlocked the door, so I go in and order there's somehow already a old man in line ordering?? Not sure what dimension he popped in from. My food did not take very long I get go back to my job site only to discover that the chicken is not all the way cooked and is as if it was dropped in long enough to darken the outside and that is it. Waste of damn mo
