The food wasn't ready when I got there even though it was after my pickup time. The lobby was VERY crowded and there was no clear direction/organization to know where to get my food from. I just stood in a line, waited my turn, showed the woman behind the counter my order, and then wait for it to be put together. The food tasted okay. I ordered a medium turkey tip and turkey link. I don't like fat on my turkey tips. I feel like the turkey link and the fries should have been fresher. I had mild sauce on my food and a side of hot sauce.

I really did used to love Uncle John BBQ, but it's been 11 years since I had any, until now and I must say that I was very disappointed in the texture of the rib tips! They were not tender at all,they had a good taste and flavor but they were tuff! They didn't used to be like that! I don't believe that I received the right amount of fries with my order either 😩 but the price is unbeatable! Because everyone else wants to charge you an arm and a leg for some tips! Of course I'm going back there, but I'm going to tell them that I don't want my meat to be tough, and not to hold back on my fries g

The customer service was exceptionally good, considering the circumstances. It was really busy, with a long line around the corner! Luckily for me I ordered online. So, my food was ready for me to pick up as soon as I got there. I just walked right in and showed my receipt and got my order. The food was hot and delicious! Also, I really liked how neatly the food was placed inside of the tray and inside of the bag!
