I 1st experienced this chicken out west at the bowling alley in Hillside. They were so nice and informative. So I had to get this chicken again and found out that they’re out south now in more than 1 location. I visited the restaurant that’s located 641 E 75th street. The gentleman behind the counter allowed me to taste a rib tip with and without sauce. All I can say is phenomenal and it was so tender and flavorful.

Against my better judgement I stopped to grab something quick instead of trying to go home to cook after 9pm. The wait was much too long and the customer service was extremely lacking. Fast food is a rough business and you don’t always encounter good workers or customers. It’s all about how things are handled that make your experience great or poor. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with a side salad instead of fries, two four for four meals and a Jr. frosty. I had to ask for a cup holder, it wasn’t offered as each drink and the frosty were being handed to me individually, we waited entirely

Customer service is the absolute worse. The manager that was on duty was even rude. Serving food without saying they have messing ingredients. The manager didn't apologize,she immediately asked do I want a refund. Order number 6162.

Food was so dried out and hard I had to look back at my order form to see what did I order. I am so dissatisfied with this service , it’s like this sandwich was from Monday and you did not want to make one today and gave it to me. I am too far to bring it back , I tried calling kept getting hung up on, I never have had treatment like this. So I will call corporate now since I can not even tell you what’s wrong.
