I wasn’t even going to do this, but they are so unorganized and unprofessional that here I am. I ordered online Applebee’s on Walden pick up 735pm. I arrived employees were playing at the bar. There is construction underway at the pick up so you have to go in the main entrance to pickup food. I got home bit into it chicken was completely raw with hot sauce on it. I Called them right away. The Cheektowaga location is the one we visit once a year when we come up from Kansas City, Mo to watch our son play college football. Every time we came in the food was great, and the servers were great. This time we drove up to move our son back home from college, after he graduated. It was 5/18/26 and 10:00pm at night. To preface, I’m not trying to be a “Karen”. I am only writing this in hopes that whoever reads these reviews will one day decide to step it up and fix these on-going problems at this Applebees location… My partner and I have come to the Walden location a couple of times prior and have gotten similar experiences. Today was definitely the worst experience we’ve had. We show up, get seated right away(not crowded at all), and never see our waitress until 10ish minutes into sitting down.
