I went to another location who told me they ran out of food 30 minutes for they closed which is crazy came here and the two people were working hard and our food was good and we had our drinks everything was great. They did not have very much donuts unfortunately.

Lyndi needs to calm down. Went in for a breakfast wrap, cashier rang it in wrong not a huge deal I told her it was okay I could just take the wrong one and she throws it down on the counter and goes forget it its fine while shooting super nasty looks at the cashier. It was really unprofessional for a lead to act that way in front of customers

It’s been twice in less than two weeks that I’ve ordered a matcha latte with oat milk, and both times I was given an iced coffee with regular milk. I have a severe allergy to regular dairy, so this isn’t a small mistake. I try not to make a fuss because I don’t want it to ruin my day, but twice in a row is really frustrating. The staff definitely needs to pay more attention to detail or get some additional training.
