My daughter's and I stop in at least twice a week for drinks and today was no different beside the rudeness we got! We order 3 large drinks get to pickup and they go to hand me 2 large and a med. I nicely said they should all be larges the lady said well it was rang up as a med so ill have to charge you again. I said ok and it seemed to upset her. I didnt care about paying for the large its what we asked for to start with. Due to her rudeness we said we would just take it. To top it off we make sure we always stop by when they do giveaways. Love it. So I asked her for our 2 cups for the buy 2

I ordered a chiller with cream and ended up getting an iced energy with whipped cream on top. When I pointed it out the worker helping me said "oh yeah that was supposed to be a chiller, one second" and toom back the drink. Instead of remaking it and putting cream in it they just barely bended it and put it in a cup. The ice chunks were huge and the cream didnt mix in because of that and because it was just whipped cream blended. I understand how it can get busy there but I was there at 7 in the morning on a Saturday and there was only one other car in the drive through. Very disappoint

Everyone is always so friendly! I give Alex, the manager a shoutout for recommending new drinks to me and offer a refund if I don’t like it! Though, the line can be long, it’s worth the wait :)

Service has severely gone downhill in the past few months. I'm not sure if they are short on employees, have lazy employees, inadequate hardware or a combination of issues. You're a double drive thru yet we've had to wait over 5 minutes just to have our order taken.. And you were not busy. Some of your employees have gotten extremely rude...I understand, up to a point, since they're out there in the elements and people aren't exactly friendly nowadays but when you ask about a certain drink, it is YOUR job to answer questions about the menu. You took the German chocolate off the menu? Fine
