What a bunch of rude servers. We came in as a party, called them in advance and got there early and then they never assigned us a server. Manager took the blame but after I finally complained enough to get her attention and we are done eating now they want to check on us. Too late. I'm usually a generous tipper but tips are based on service and if no one is assigned our table then I guess they don't need my money

Food was good, service was horrible. Having to ask for things multiple times, attitude from staff from the beginning, sat for 30 minutes before our order was even taken. If the restaurant and/or bar area was busy, its understandable, but when we arrived it was empty. The Hostess wound up being the better employee getting the manager involved, who had an attitude and didnt help, so the hostess wound up handling most of our issues. Will never go back to this location again.

Me and my wife came in with our daughter had a wonderful experience sitting in Kasey’s sections She was very polite and nice to my daughter. The service was amazing. She went above and beyond made sure that all the food was good. Did all the old school serving things like coming back to check on people things that new servers forget. When we go back, I will definitely be requesting to sit in her section again good job Kasey keep up the hard work. If I could give you 10 stars, I would!

I’m reminded why I want to like Buffalo Wild Wings but don’t. The atmosphere was great. The server was great! But the operations were just frustrating. The entire table of 10 - so a big group- all ordered hamburgers with a $1 side of wings (pretty good deal!) But the time from when the first burger came to the table and the last two burgers was 35min. Not very professional, and this was on a Tuesday evening- not very busy. Also, they do not offer lettuce wraps and would not allow the one vegetarian in the group get the vegetarian burger deal with the vegetarian wings (cauliflower wings). Just
