So I have been going to this location for years, however, over the last year or so we have seen a drastic change in this locations service. I also drive for doordash and frequent this location a lot. Unfortunately the service recently has been absolutely horrible, almost ever time I have been in we have been repeatedly ignored by staff when asking simple questions like making sure I have all of a customers order and so on. Then lately I have also noticed the trashes have been full and tables have been dirty on almost ever visit. It sucks because I really like the convenience of this location,

Tonight I placed a mobile order. As you could guess, made it all the way home before realizing we were missing a chunk of our order. I called and they were so nice on the phone. Pulled back up, they were super nice on the speaker too. They’ve always had good if not great customer service. I will admit, it’s common that my orders wrong/missing. But this experience changes my hopes that they’re improving :) **quick edit** Forgot to add; they also gave us some extra items and some coupons?! Not that it was anticipated but so generous! So yeah, so good!!

Only redeeming quality is that the food is tasty. On more than one occasion they have tried to sneak sour cream into your items which, mind you, is $0.60 EXTRA per item. They'll either a) not tell you and add it on or b) approach it as 'Sour cream okay?' NO. Its extra and you are presuming that I understand the cost. Took us a few times to figure it out. Shady business so eat here but double check your receipt!

This is The Greatest Taco Bell ever. Our School Bus got hit by a tow truck so we had to stop. So we went to taco bell and they were awesome. They just started handing us free food. This is the GREATEST TACO BELL in the world.
