As an international traveling food critic and unbeknownst to the staff, the following is what I experienced: - Staff were NOT welcoming nor personable. - Hostess/Water Girl/Bus Girl was under-aged and couldn't take alcoholic beverage drink orders, adding more workload the waitress. - Food quality has dropped significantly since my previous experience over three years ago. The ownership must have changed. - Service was disjointed with terrible timing. - UNCOMFORTABLE & UNSAFE Atmosphere; there was a table of apparently regular customers that were either related to or be-friended the waitress,

Came to this restaurant about two years ago and really enjoyed it. We stopped by yesterday & I’m not sure what is going on if they have changed ownership or what but the food quality was horrible. The Alfredo sauce was from a jar for the Ravioli You could tell along with the meat in the Caesar salad was not real chicken. Would avoid

This was our second visit. The first time, we stopped in just for dessert and had the tiramisu. It was excellent, probably the best in town. The ladyfingers were soaked just right, not too soft, not too firm. This time, we came in for dinner. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip soon after being seated, but it took around 15 minutes to come out, which felt a bit long, especially since the restaurant wasn’t busy and the point of an appetizer is for it to be quick. The dip itself was tasty, though the bread it came with was slightly overcooked. We also ordered the lobster ravioli and the B

Went for lunch today. Four ladies and we were sitting out on the patio. Service was extremely slow. 3 of the group got their food after a while. Mine did not come out until I had to bring it to their attention. 20 minutes later. They did comp me. A sign in the ladies bathroom said do not flush toilet paper you had to put it in the wastebasket. Unbelievable
