The staff was friendly and attentive, taking the time to explain how things work without any rush. Even though espresso is not available, the server handled my request patiently and clearly. Overall, I left feeling very satisfied.

Every visit, I am left waiting between 5 and 10 minutes at the register, while he casually talks with other staff. This utter disregard for customers’ time is beyond frustrating. I come to get my drink quickly, and instead, I’m met with complete inefficiency. This must change immediately.”
