I was craving a bold cup of decaf coffee with plenty of cream, and this place delivered exactly that. The atmosphere inside felt warm and welcoming, making it easy to relax. The staff was friendly and attentive, taking the time to explain how things work without any rush. Even though espresso is not available, the server handled my request patiently and clearly. Overall, I left feeling very satisfied.

This is absolutely unacceptable. This is not the first time I have had to endure this at this café, with the same employee, who clearly has no respect for customers. Every visit, I am left waiting between 5 and 10 minutes at the register, while he casually talks with other staff. This utter disregard for customers’ time is beyond frustrating. I come to get my drink quickly, and instead, I’m met with complete inefficiency. This must change immediately.”

I feel like I’m gambling every time I go here 😭 I always order the same drink with the same specifications, so it’s really easy to tell when someone’s just eyeballing the amount of cream or sweetener when they’re making my drink. Please start measuring and put an end to the inconsistency 😭
