If I could give 0 stars to this store I would. I placed a large order for delivery on March 13 and when I received the order more than half of it was missing. I was assured I’d receive a full refund that day. Today is May 18 and I still haven’t gotten my money back. It’s been “escalated” 4 times at this point and they keep telling me wait 16 business days. DoorDash has assured me this store received my refund in March, but I still haven’t gotten it back. WARNING: this store will steal your money! Ordered 2 pizzas and neither could be properly cut through. Had to use my own pizza cutter at home to finish their job for them. First and last time ordering from this location, not only because of them cutting my pizzas like children, but because I actually read the other reviews before writing my own.

Usually, and I mean usually, I get the food I ordered with great service. Maybe they were busy for a Monday night, but I was a little upset my pizza didn't come how I ordered, nor was it ready at the time I chose for pickup. The wings were good, but when you ask for a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza, and receive an entire pepperoni pizza, its upsetting. Not enough to call and be a Karen to the manager, but enough to leave a 3 star review, because an employee didn't fully read instructions. I ordered crazy puffs through the drive thru which the menu online shows it only costs 3.99. I was charged 9.87. I was not asked about any kind of tip. I was not told the amount. I will be disputing it but this shouldn't be happening
