This was our first visit, and although we arrived right at opening with a reservation, the experience fell short of expectations. We were initially seated at a four‑top before requesting a booth, which ended up being placed directly beside the restrooms — an unsuitable location for guests. Service was inconsistent from the start. Our drink order was taken by one employee, but a different server from another section became responsible for our table. Visited for lunch with my friend and ordered an appetizer of fried onion strings- a huge plate. Also ordered a house salad with balsamic dressing. For the main entree I had the country fried steak with cream gravy and a side of loaded mashed potatoes. The steak was very tender and the potatoes tasted like a loaded baked potato, but without the skin. It was very good.

If you are looking for a place to grab a quick bite, this is not the spot; you need to come armed with plenty of patience. The food itself is very good—my husband and I stopped by to grab a quick bite—but I found a hair in my dish. The waitress who served us was very friendly, but the attitude of one of the managers—I don't know her name, but she was a woman of a sturdy build—was not at all cordial toward the customers. I would give them 0 stars if I could, but I truly hope they improve their customer service.

The experience at Saltgrass Steak House was extraordinary! We were greeted with a warm smile and salutation. Then came our wait staff, Samantha. She was so professional, kind, and attentive. Please make sure you get seated with her. She understands the art of food service delivery! To start off, the Caesar salad was one of the best I have ever eaten. The chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes that followed were exceptional. The cheesecake with strawberry sauce was delicious. It was just the right amount of sweetness to finish the meal. Bravo, Saltgrass Steak House! Your chef and co
