My wings were COOKED. I recommend going to another bb.q chicken. The chain’s food is good but not this place but maybe it was an off day. I did place my order and it was done in less than 10 mins and other places usually cook on the spot so it would take like 20ish -30 minutes.

Absolutely terrible experience. If I could give negative stars I would. Our server (Haejen K) was terrible. We had to call her over for literally anything, to order our food, to get a refill, to get the bill. She did not come over without us asking for her once. I wish I was making this up, I literally watched her eat our onion rings as they came out from the kitchen. Unacceptable. Mind you, if they were busy at all or about to close, I’d partially understand this level of service. But they didn’t close for another 3 hours, and there was only one other party of 2 in there.
