Just want to express how totally disappointed I am in today's order. I ordered a medium hot mocha, to be delivered curbside. I sat in spot #1 for close to 20 minutes. I finally got inside(I know short staffing, and other staffing issues happen, I get it) so I let them know I'm here & I'll wait for the drink & that I understand completely. She hands me the drink, I tell them thanks, have a great day, no whip cream & it tastes like hot chocolate. This local is usually REALLY great, this is very disappointing. Almost 25 minute wait for this...

If I could give this zero stars I would. I went through the drive thru today and ordered a snack wrap. Got my snack wrap, had a bite, went in for another and I shit you not almost bit into a dead fly. I went in, showed them, watched them make another snack wrap with the same lettuce the dead fly was attached to on my snack wrap, and then approached me and said “Yeah I don’t know. Do you want another one?”. I can’t imagine a world where anyone would want a different one after that. Especially seeing as they didn’t even change the lettuce out? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, save your time and money. My family and I visited mcdonalds today and our service was horrible. The lady responsible for the horrible visits name was Linda. We ordered 2 shamrock shakes with oreo and she refused to give us the oreo in the shakes after we paid extra for it and after correcting her about the mess up she raised her voice at us with a condescending tone. Then she finally decided she was going to give us a cup with a inch and a half of oreo in it and it was up to us to finish the shake.
