La’Niya Thomas★This was the worst chipotle i have ever been to! i ordered hard tacos it looked messy and disgusting, i asked the worker to fix it, he rushed to do it again and mad it even worse than before….. its is dirty in here as well, i would never recommend going here. the workers that were on shift May 1st 2026 around 9:00pm were all rushing and the atmosphere was horrible and needs to be cleaned!

Anthony Gonzalez★I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at this Chipotle was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the level of professionalism was lacking. With the exception of one young Latino employee working as an associate, who appeared to be the only person focused on serving customers, the rest of the crew seemed disengaged. Employees were openly using foul language behind the counter, socializing instead of working, and moving at an unnecessarily slow pace while customers waited. Shula R★★★Located on the corner of University Drive and Stirling Road, this Chipotle is a little hit or miss. I usually order through the app for pick and sometimes it's ready on time and other times, I have to wait an additional 10-20 minutes. Orders can be 100% correct and amazing or missing items and average. Our last visit we decided to eat in and it was a bit of a disaster as all the tables (and floor) were dirty in some way. Didn't exactly instill confidence in the cleanliness of the store. I think the staff behind the counter was working hard, but whomever was responsible for cleaning the tables
