Schlotzsky's left San Diego in 2005 and California in 2018, so when I saw this here, AND a combination with Cinnabon I was tickled. While I wasn't in town for this, I knew I had to add it to my food tour. I initially came here at 10am becuase that's what their website and the doors said, but they didn't open until 11 multiple days in a row, which was disappointing. This location has been scamming! I recently noticed a fraudulent charge, a few days after visiting this location. The 1st time I caught it, I thought it was a one off. The 2nd time...I figured it was their way of doing shady business. I stopped by looking for the manager, and was told by an employee the manager wasn't onsite. I was also informed I'm not the only person who has complained about double charging. Something about they were having issues with their card reader. I honestly think the people who own this location could be using a card machine that collects customer account info. This

Food has always been great here!! Amanda is a doll when it comes to service. 🙂 Good service is rare these days. I usually get their pepperoni pizza or the turkey bacon club. Always phenomenal!! It's just something about that bread 😍 They've closed quite a few locations and I'm hoping in every way possible that the Coppell location stays around for a very long time 🤞

We came in at 7:55 to order dinner. The college aged lady working the front register was cleaning and we had to wait to order. She came to the register and said that the lobby closes at 8:00 and asked if we wanted to order food to go. The hours labeled on the door said they closed at 9:00. The entire restaurant had tables at booths turned over so people couldn’t sit at them. We sat at the only table that wasn’t turned over and waited for our food.
