Ordered through Uber Eats which I rarely do for Chipotle. Would you guess by this picture that this was a SALAD??? Me neither. It was filled to the brim with excessive amounts of guac, beans, sour cream, and cilantro lime sauce. It looked like a soup rather than a salad bowl. Mind you, I didn’t ask for extra anything. Because of the excessive amounts of liquid in the bowl the lettuce at the bottom was soggy. I tried to eat it because I was hungry but ended up scooping everything out to show how much liquid was sitting at the bottom.

My son took me to the one in Copperas Cove. The lady acted impatient, so I tried to hurry n pick stuff. This was my first time there. I wanted chicken, but it wasn't looking appetizing in the container it was in. Looked old and dry, so I got steak with rice and beans and queso. It was alright. The tortillas was a little stale tasting so I didn't eat them, although I did try a few and threw the rest out. For the price they charge they could give you more or get a little bit smaller bowl.

There was a live bug in my food. Already sent it a pic to corporate. Let's see how long it takes for them to respond. Update: Corporate contacts you but they gift you redeemable coupons that expires in a month. As if you want to eat with any of their chain restaurants after finding a live bug in it. Real tone deaf. Just refund me my money.

Every time I go into this location they work very fast and efficient, everything is hot and rarely ever out of any item. My bowls are always made with perfect portions & some of the workers recognize me and ask me how I am that day and it’s very appreciative. No bad experience here.
