Just left and so disappointed in this places. I hadn’t eaten here in years and decided to go because it’s late and they were open. But I hate I spent $35 here because the food was horrible it was soggy, cold, old snd burnt. Never again! Wasted 25 minutes in a drive thur line for old burnt cold food that was not even edible. I didn’t even bother to post the tacos that were so soggy and disgusting looking. I wouldn’t suggest this Taco Bell to anyone and wouldn’t feed this mess to an animal. Pls Learn how to COOK FOOD it is not hard and basically your only job.Why did I order 30 min in advance on the app and then waited in line in the drive thru 20 min only to receive UNCOOKED FOOD!!!! Since when does a “grilled cheese burritos” come with COLD SHREDDED CHEESE! Cold being key word!!!!!!! If you want to try the “new cheesy dipping burritos” DO NOT FROM HERE!!! They will NOTTTTTT be what the company is expecting you to experience!!!!!!!!!!

In my life, I have never seen a restaurant mess up as much as this one. Not only did they get both of our meals completely wrong when we tried to get our rice and cheese burritos, but they also said they were out of rice, and it would be 30 minutes. We literally waited for our order for 25 minutes, and left without half of it. They did not even offer a refund. If you are reading this review and trying to decide where to eat, I recommend you spurn this Taco Bell as one would a rabid dog. I give them zero stars and just sit in my disappointment.

I ordered Uber and no driver was available. So I had to pick up food however due to it waiting for a driver everything was wet mushy from condensation! Temperance (I believe was her name) went above and beyond to make sure our order was fresh and in today's world, its almost unheard of and that was more than appreciated!! She was already working night shift and I am sure dealt with mean customers that time of night/morning so you go girl for showing excellent customer service! Thats what keeps businesses open and going!
