I found out that this location’s AC was completely broken today. Do you know that it was in the 90’s today, with high humidity, and in our area Heat Advisory was issued and sent to my phone- it was that hot. Plus, the workers were in a KITCHEN running ovens ALL DAY. I could not believe the management/owners of this location would stay open and expect their staff to work in those conditions. But they did. They remodeled this restaurant late last year (2025), looks nice. However staffing here is abysmal, waited 15 minutes in drive-thru line for food, and had a simple order of 4 piece supreme combo. This happens often at this location.

UPDATE 2024 : I changed the star to 5 stars after I revisit the place on 2024. The place is different during my 2024 visit. The fried chicken is excellent, the fried chickens are fresh and they have excellent flavor and quality. Their dirty rice is excellent as well. The place is still clean and well maintained. The place has good seating as well. 4 star for the chicken, 1 star for the bad attitude of the server, so 2 star is appropriate. The chicken is worse than any other Bojangles, as the chicken is not hot enough, and there is no juice in the chicken. It tastes okay, but it is not as goo
