Food is always fine but there is always something missing. Today it was a straw. Yesterday morning there was no sweetener in my iced coffee. I’ve been given a salad without a fork or toppings. First world problems I know, but the Chick-fil-A standard is high and this location is not keeping up in my opinion. Those little things matter when people have come to expect consistent quality from your brand.
