Went thru drive thru. Lady that took order was nice. The food was horrible. Chicken tenders were dark brown and looked like they were fried several times. Could not eat. Ordered two nacho bell grandes one was good. The other had no beef at all. Won’t go back.

This Taco Bell is in Cornelius NC. The Lake Norman area and boy are they busy with Uber and take out orders. The staff is friendly and courteous with all customers which was a nice thing to see because not all places have good customer service these days. I got the chicken cantina bowl and my favorite 2 pack Cinnabon. It was tasty and low on calories. I thought about a picture after I ate most of it. Very filling! Fresh and hot! Not sure who the manager was but Taliyah was really great with everyone!! I was most impressed. Definitely check out this Taco Bell if you are in this area! 5 stars

Honestly, this is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever gone through. Literally the girl working the drive-thru was the rudest employee I’ve ever experienced. Handed us one drink and our food, then slammed the window shut. Didn’t even speak to us. We sat and were waiting on our second drink. I had to literally call this establishment (they didn’t answer the phone mind you, then called me back) to get our drink. The guy was rude and hung up on me, then came to the window with a bad attitude. I’ll never be back.

Everything’s been fine for months until I came here tonight. I got the worst quesadillas I have ever seen in my life. I’m not one to write bad reviews because I am a server and I am understanding 99% of the time. But this is unacceptable… I literally had to cook them myself because it was cold, unmelted and there was a sad amount of steak on it. I wouldn’t have gone here if I wanted to cook at home. I just wanted some protein after the gym dawg. :( I won’t come here again, this is borderline scamming people. How on Earth did I get a raw quesadilla with a tbsp of sauce and some unmelted cheese
