Impersonal + Shrinkflation. If you're going to force customers to order through the kiosk, make it a pleasant experience at least. It was so clunky and constantly trying to sell up charges - super annoying! Played a short jingle and video for every item you added, like a "yay"! No thank you. There was no staff up front, and they did not seem eager to come forward to help (just an implied glance to the kiosk like that should take care of everything - even though it doesn't dispense ketchup). My wife said this was the best McDonald's she's ever visited! We just stopped for a quick bite on a trip and rarely rarely ever go to McDonald's. But this one was spotless, the staff was extremely helpful, more than I've ever seen, even coming to the table after we started to eat to inquire if we needed anything. They greeted us when we came in and asked if we wanted to use the kiosk or order in person! The food was good it was hot and what I found most remarkable was that the prices seem to have dropped. I hear McDonald's is trying to restore their reputation for being an inexpensive place

No refills. Poor service, long wait. Completely lacking customer service/ rude. Difficult to enter store, gate all the way around and bad parking lot design. Honestly one of the worst I’ve been to.

Went through drive thru to order a plain cheeseburger happy meal, i specifically ordered with cheese and ketchup only. They gave me a “cheeseburger “ no meat and added onion and pickles, went back to drive thru and explained a cheeseburger with meat, cheese and ketchup only. They gave me a cheeseburger with meat cheese and onions…. Not sure how hard it is to type the request and follow instructions, wasn’t even busy at the restaurant. 🤦🏻‍♀️sadly I didn’t realize the second mistake till I had already left and did not want to drive back there. Staff seemed to be bothered that I had gone to ask
